Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized Indian university.

• Enrolment as an Advocate with the Bar Council of any State.

• Certificate of Practice issued by the Bar Council of India” at the top.

• Strong knowledge of Indian laws, legal procedures, and court systems.

• Excellent research, analytical, and drafting skills.

• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Proficiency in using legal research tools and technology.

• A thirst to learn and being coachable

• An interest in litigation
